Blogging ...

Pretty much nothing to do today at work. Infact I wound up my work some time after lunch. To kill time, I googled for some best blogs and came across some really interesting ones.. But as i was going through them, I noticed that a majority of them were from the girls.. Now is there something in this.. I wonder.. maybe some day i'll read in the paper about why girls' blogs are more interesting to read!! But seriously .. think about it .. some of them are hilarious .... and as long as i get a good read..
Blogs also actually give you some kind of ... i dunno .. a thought that you know this person .. hmmm i swear I've tried weed only a few times :) but yes.. its gives this ajeeb aur gareeb feeling ..

I still go with this woman being better bloggers .. but for a brahmin medico ..? he had me in splits ... i farrgot waat itt issss to be in the wonderfull city called bangalore .. where "yen maga" . .was the way to go :)

All in the name of Religion

Today apparently is the birthday of Sri Ram.
Well that's a nice occasion. But we people have this habbit of anything goes in the name of God. There is just one road which gets out of my house and these guys had blocked the road for a free lunch for the poor. While its a good thing to do, but they should realize that there are people who would want to get to work on a Monday morning. So while you are doing some social work, this is coming at a cost of other's incovenience. To top it all, the nice concrete road which was recently done, was dug up to hoist the poles!!.

An amazing movie and a must watch...
The characters are more real than reel.. Kay Kay and Bose are outstanding...
the guy who acted as Javed Khan has also done a great job .. the director Samar Khan has handled this topic well... does not nag us too much .. goes on with the story .. and the sights are breathtaking .. Kashmir is shown in its natural self.. what a shame that being in the same country, we hestitate to go and see this paradise on earth!

WorkOuts

So.. Its been a more than a month since I started working out. Had taken a few weeks break.. Its been fun so far except for the aching pains at the end of every session :) And Tainu also started working out. She's having a lot of fun too. She is supposed to burn 700 Cal per day!! and I'm supposed to burn around 300. This is a huge task considering by eating some peanuts while having a drink, I consume more than 300 cal in about 5 mins :) And after running for around 30 mins I only managed to burn about 200 Cal :)
So heres what my session consists off..
Day 1 - Chest, Biceps, Lats (3 sets each, 15 ,12 and 10)
Day 2 - Legs, Shoulder, Triceps
Day 3- Abs, Sides and Forearms

How long does it take to build a relationship?

This question has many answers ... starting from a minute .. to years ... but a recent visit from a lil one has given me some insight ..
I saw Shiibs when she was probably in the 6th std at my wedding .. and she was a brat even then .. she hid my slippers as the custom goes ... but i managed to get away with it ..
And then ... Shiibs came down last week during her summer break .. and wat a time we had ..
We managed to do all the things under the sun ... we went karting .. bungee trampoline .. rock climbing .. partying .. visits to the scary house ... gaming .. u name it .. we did it ...
Generally we would think twice before we would do any of these .. thinking .. ok .. we're a lil old to do this .. but she brought out the an old brat in me which was sleeping all this while.. and that i think is very important .. important because .. i saw that we need to have the child in us alive .. or else we'll just start becoming middle aged .. pot bellied .. maybe even a pointy haired boss !!
We sat and downloaded a whole lot of music .. R&B and hip hop which i'm kinda not a big fan off .. but they were kind of ok i guess at the end of the day .. the night we tried to write those CD's and it was not working .. her eyes almost filled with tears!... we went for bike rides ... ohhh and one crazy evening of hunting for a shrug all over the town! The dissappointment when we didnt get it after going to so many stores.. the almost wet eyes .. again :) .. the lil keedi which we had to coax and tell it to stay put for a while .. the way her nose starts slowly pointing in anger!! and finally the joy when we found it .. :) these still being back smiles :) I never realised how attached i would get to her ... i kinda felt like her godfather .. kinda italiano :) so i told her .. next time any body troubles her .. all she has to say is . "ayee.. i'll call my jiju and he'll take care of u!!" :)
so a part of me went away with her .. a part that had so much fun .. reminded me of my school days :)
so finally .. how long does it take to build a relationship..? I think its the chemistry and the energy that the two people share .. take tainu and me for instance .. that is one helluva ride .. tainology was born coz of her .. take tinks and me .. no one can call me choti pa like the way she does :) and take shiibs .. the way she calls me jiju .. is sweet music ... each one has a very special place in my heart .. and will always remain ..
guess i'm pretty lucky to have these guys around ..
i feel like i'm the king of the world ..
choking ... yeah .. a pretty emotional post :)

Start your Engines...

After having 2 blogs .. and both are sparingly ussed .. i thought i'll go ahead with another one .. the point is this .. one is the adventures with tainu .. which i think would've been filled if i had taken the time out .. and the other is a lil technical one .. so y go for another when u cant manage 2 ..? well what i felt is that i needed to have one more place where in i can unwrap the mysteries of the mind ..
ya .. this is what i thought when i started the other 2 :) anyways .. this blog may vary in subjects .. i'll try to be funny .. i'll try to be satrical .. this is not a place to vent my anger .. i do that in a closed room :) and i'll try to see where i want to head to ..
so in short .. i hope that this will give way to some interesting reads ...
